Brief history about Siddhartha’s kitchen. After gaining experience over 12 years in different countries and in various cuisines Chef Siddharth chose Indian cuisine to sever where he felt most creative in doing lovely combination of spices and presentation. Our food is cooked in roasted and braised where no extra oil is used and food is cooked to where nutrition is not lost.
